I had a horrible experience here. The manager Carmen was hostile and confrontational. She lied about the ingredients in an entreee I had ordered, refused to take it off my bill when I sent it back and actually grabbed my credit card out of my hand and refused to return it. I had to call the Springfield police to come to the restaurant to get my credit card back!! I've never experienced anything like this in my life. There are many bad reviews about this manager's bizarre behavior online. The owner needs to wise up if this business is to survive.
