One of my favorite places in Chinatown for dim sum is a little off the beaten path, but offers a decent selection with minimal wait times. I particularly enjoy their congee, pork bun, and lava bun. The service is friendly, and although some dishes may be a bit pricier, the overall experience is worth returning for.
