Cosimo's was super busy when I went, but the food made the wait totally worth it-especially their chicken francese, which might be the best in the Hudson Valley. The staff was really friendly and accommodating, even customizing a gluten-free pasta dish for my friend without any hassle. The atmosphere is lively and the portions are generous, though it can get a bit loud, but overall it's a solid spot for great Italian food and drinks.
