Always good food.

I placed an order online through "seamless, powered by grubhub" and when we went to pick it up they did not have the order and they guy helping us was an idiot. He didn't even try to help us. I had a receipt and showed him the order, charge, my information and the address of the waterford crazy crab restaurant and he just said his manager is out of town and he couldn't help us. Fortunately i called grubhub and they were able to refund me no problem as I was already charged, which I could see on my bank information online!! Grub hub even gave me a $5 coupon for next time I use them and it wasn't even their fault. Grubhub told me they could re-transmit the order if we were still at the restaurant but I said no because the guy there was so stupid and not customer friendly.
