Owner is not personable, rude when he is cooking behind counter and not diplomatic at all.
Me and my family used to eat there every weekend but we just couldn't stand listening to his over the top, loud, obnoxious conversations on the phone; He also argued with people or yelled at staff about other people so loud that I once put my hands over my sons ears.
Lee then began to order in as my children like the breakfast menu there. My son is old enough now to do the ordering and very much excited to do so. I clearly heard him make the order and the order was repeated to him by a woman, which whom I heard on the other end of the phone. Everything was repeated but the order of eggs sunny side up that was ordered for myself never arrived. It was a $49.55 order and we tipped the driver $5.45, we live 4 blocks from the cottage.
I called to complain to owner, not really complaining, just asking for a fresh waffle, bacon (which wasn't cooked properly anyway), and the eggs he missed. He didn't apologize, he said 'eggs weren't on the order'. I told him when driver returns he can take back the cold bacon and cold waffle; I wanted to eat everything at same time, which I thought was a fair request being that we've never asked for anything before and spend approximately over $3,000.00 at this hole in the wall diner just on breakfast, yearly. Well this terrible business person decided to charge another $5.99 for three eggs! Yes folks, three eggs! Unbelievable. I told him to hold the potatoes and all I wanted were the eggs.
Congratulations now you will never get any business from my family again and may enjoy the review I'm leaving for you.

The Greek salad with salmon or chicken is the best! Real authentic "coffee shop" look with warm greetings and fun crowd. Priced right for any economy. Best Deal in any of the Five Towns and the food is great!
