The fries came undercooked, and their toast was not toast at all, but merely buttered white bread - as if straight out the bag. We called as we have experienced in the past that they don’t listen to descriptions and fail to include hot sauce on the side when asked. Of course, they did not answer. And finally when we called and asked for the manager we were hung up on twice. Apparently, on Sunday morning there are no managers.
