Tenders okay but fries were not. Different every time we go which is not a good thing.

Fries arrived and were NOT the excellent thin spicy ones. Tenders were not crisp but soggy.
Disappointed.

Called and placed an order to go they said would be ready in 15 minutes, I arrived to pick up my order and was told they didn't have an order under my name. They never put my to go order in to be cooked. They asked when I called and what I ordered I showed them my call list on my phone showing when I called and told them what I had ordered, and the hostesses eyes got real wide as she knew she had messed up but wouldn't take the blame for not putting the order in. Then told me they could make it on the fly but it would take 20 to 30 minutes now unlike the 15 minutes I was told over the phone. I will never go to or order from this restaurant again because this is happening to much with this restaurant.
