01/27/2022 - It takes Five Guys to make a bad burger.
First and last time there, Cypress, CA. Everything was bad: service, food, prices ($30). The grease from the fry bag formed visible marks on the table. The burgers were saturated in grease and they tasted like grease. The cashier didn't know how to answer questions about the food. Got my order wrong twice. First time added mayo not ordered and left off the tomato. Second time mayo gone but still no tomato so I gave up and took it to go. Missed eating with my mom because I was waiting for my burger to be fixed. Grease ate a hole in the bottom of the burger bag.
