Our engagement party at the crystal room was an unforgettable experience. The updated ballroom was stunning, providing ample space for our 160 guests along with various entertainment areas. The buffet-style food was exceptional, with dishes like stuffed shells and roast beef receiving high praise. The friendly and attentive staff, along with the beautiful outdoor gazebo, added to the charm of the venue, making our special day truly magical.

VERY RUDE AND FALSE ADVERTISES PRICES AND SERVICES ON WEBSITE AS TO WHAT IS INCLUDED AND THEN AFTER YOU GIVE DEPOSIT AND ASK FOR THE SERVICES DELETES IFF WEBSITE AND SAYS HE DOESN'T HAVE TO HONOR IT THE. COMES OUT RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL IN NEW YORK Fraudulent Misrepresentation is a crime

The maí®tre d' was fantastic but the young boss tortured this poor DJ asking all questions about all games that they were doing all the DJ wanted to do was play music and just to keep the kids busy without them running around no matter what is DJ did it was not right with this young boss looks like it was the son of the place .He even told the DJ to put the cotton candy outside and make the people go out there to get it he didn't even try to accommodate anything or anybody I would never have a party at this place it is a little rundown
