After my father's memorial service, we decided to order the Italian Buffet for 40 people. The spread included baked chicken, pasta, meatballs, sausage/peppers, dessert, coffee, soda, and bread - everyone loved it! The standout for me was the superb cut of baked haddock - the freshness, lemon, and oregano flavors were absolutely delicious. The only downside was the loud ambiance due to a party in the banquet hall, but it was during the holiday season so it was expected.
