Wife's birthday celebration, food (steak and sides) excellent as expected. Wait service was anything but expected. We have patronized Char several times over the past ten years, all without issue. Unfortunately this visit was a true disappointment servicewise. Upcoming wedding anniversary will most likely be celebrated at the other top rated steakhouses in Springfield, Flame or Jimm's.
