The chicken salad club is great, but the house salad I ordered with it was a mess! Lettuces were obviously not fresh- even beginning to go limp! The balsamic vinegrette dressing tasted like poor quality balsamic weakened with a little water- VERY sharp with no hint at all of olive oil or salt/pepper. Why can't Hixson, TN have a quality restaurant??? There is so much room here for a real upscale restaurant where food is well prepared and servers care about making your experience enjoyableðŸ™
