I was initially hesitant about trying Chinese takeout from a nearby corner store known for its extensive, Americanized menu options. However, lacking a car and not wanting to splurge on delivery fees, I decided to give it a chance. Opting for Dumpling House due to its proximity, I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly service and delicious hot and sour soup and house special fried rice I ordered. Despite the warm wait for my takeout, the quality of the food and the reasonable prices left me thoroughly satisfied, and I look forward to returning for more flavorful dishes.
