I bought two pastries at the Farmer's market in Gig Harbor from their booth - one was lemon filled and the other was mango filled. I brought them home and gently heated them at 250 degree for 15 min. OH MY GOD, they were freaking delicious.

OMG! Why did I only buy 1loaf at the Procter Farmers Market???
The caramelized onion and Gruyí¨re was spectacular. Perfect crust, soft chewy center but not in a Wonderbread way. Texture perfection.
The cookie was excellent too!
I will be driving from Olympia for more.
