I discovered this fantastic butcher shop through a friend's suggestion and now it's become a regular stop for me. The seasoned pork shoulder I picked up was so flavorful that my friends actually thought I had cooked it myself. The air-fried marinated chicken was another hit, and the convenience of pre-seasoned meats for BBQs is unbeatable.
