Extremely disappointed in tonight's visit. This is usually our go to. We come for dinner all the time not to mention the gift certificates we buy for family and friends, and the catering we order for gatherings. First we were rudely greeted by the hostess who seemed disgusted we did not make a reservation for 6. She had to scan the almost empty dining room for a table and check her watch as if there was a wave coming in soon. Note: 1 party of 2 and 1 party of 4 joined us.
We ordered a pasta parm for 2 of the kids. Blake said they could split it in the kitchen for an extra charge. We said no, we would do it as we usually all take a little. We also ordered 2 meatballs with it along with all our other food. Food came out, pasta parm split, no meatballs. "They'll be right out". Few minutes, no meatballs "there's been a mix up, few more minutes". Meal over and now Blake is very sorry but "you aren't getting the meatballs, should I take it off your bill?" When asked to speak to a manager Blake told us Mike the owner was there but "he won't come out because he's really pissed". Pissed at us for ordering meatballs? Pissed at the kitchen for not making the meatballs? We'll never know as we were not allowed to speak to Mike, the owner. Upon leaving the unfriendly hostess watched us leave without a word. "No have a good night", nothing. Never have we felt like our business was such a nuisance.

Authentic Italian cuisine and atmosphere. Generous portions. A wonderful experience where you are made to feel like you are dining a true Italian home.
