The food here is absolutely amazing, especially their gyros, which are flavorful, generously sized, and well worth the price. The service is exceptional, with staff like Maria going above and beyond to make the experience enjoyable. The beautiful ambiance adds to the overall charm, making it a memorable dining experience every time.

The thing that bothers me the most about this establishment, is the fact that their COVID-19 protocols are hardly met. There are many issues with this restaurant, but I will focus on one particular concern. Masks, and how they are worn!

Most of the workers at this restaurant wear their masks properly. Unfortunately, Nick, the manager at the counter does not! Ever since the restaurant was able to reopen during COVID-19, I have never seen this manager, wearing his mask properly. At least, not when I frequent the restaurant. This is something that I've grown to deal with. Perhaps, I should have said something about it, but knowing Nick, the manager's temperament, I held back voicing my feelings about this potentially harmful practice.

Just yesterday, while I was waiting to pick up my order, someone that was also on line to pick up their order did have something to say about it. I witnessed an elderly customer questioning him about why he was wearing his mask on his chin. The customer continued to question him about the fact that he was shouting orders while facing unprotected meats on the rotisserie. Instead of putting his mask on properly, and saying he was sorry, all hell broke loose. Another customer while sitting at a table, and the manager started harassing the senior citizen. The harassing customer was shouting, "if you don't like it, go somewhere else!" The elderly customer got into it with him, and an insane shouting match ensued. The harassing customer eventually got up from his table, and threatened the elderly customer, saying he was going to break their jaw.

That said, I don't believe any of them handled this situation properly. The manager could have said he was sorry, and wore his mask properly, the customer sitting at the table could have minded his business, and the elderly customer could have been a bit more passive about it. Too much anger, too much hostility, all because a concerned customer voiced their apprehension about how Nick, the manager, was wearing his mask on his chin, while shouting food orders into unprotected meats on the rotisserie.

Another counterman entered the picture, and said, "he was going to call the police." The elderly customer replied, "why, because I questioned that your counterman was not wearing his mask properly?" or, something to that effect. Keep in mind, during all this, that "counterman," manager continued to wear his mask on his chin. He never had any intention to wear his mask properly. Not sure if he ever wore his mask properly; he never done it when I was there.

In the end, Nick refused service to the customer, and the customer was asked to leave. This all went down, because he questioned how the individual behind the counter handling the food was wearing their mask.

This is outrageous on many levels, and it should be reported.
