This historical site exudes a nostalgic charm that doesn't need any updating. The atmosphere is reminiscent of my dad's era, with an intimate and casual bar that feels like a home away from home. The generous pours and affordable prices make it a regular spot for me and my college crew to unwind and catch up.

Great food good people

Door was open but no staff, no customers. Random dude off street comes in and says "can I help you". I say "ya, is this place open?" Remember, I just walked in the front door after 1 in the afternoon. Random dude off the street's response is "does it look open?" I reply from inside that the door is open but I can't find anybody or any hours. I realize talking to random guy for information about where to get a beer is too painful so I leave random dude off the street in the bar with the open front door to do whatever it is that random dudes off the street do when they are alone in an empty bar at 1:20 in the afternoon.
