The sesame tofu here has the perfect crispy texture, complemented by an excellent sauce that elevates every bite. The bourbon chicken is a personal favorite, consistently flavorful and worth making the drive for, especially since many other places don't even offer it. Fu Sing in the Capital region is one of the best spots for delicious Chinese cuisine. Their Sesame tofu and bourbon chicken are absolute favorites, cooked to perfection every time. The food is consistently tasty, making it well worth the trip for a satisfying meal you won't regret.
