review_stars 06/18/2012 - Lost Long Time Customer
We went there to dine in on Wednesday night. We waited about 20 minutes for a table and antother 10 minutes or so for the waitress to come over. We knew what we wanted and we did not need to see a menu. My daughter started to order a veal parm dinner and I was going to order the same. Thereafter, the waitress told us that we could only order pasta and any pasta and sauce was $8.95 and that we could not order the veal parm dinner at almost double the $8.95 price for the pasta. We spoke to the Manager who confirmed what the waitress said. However, if we wanted to take the veal parm dinner to go, no problem. Yet we could not have veal parm to dine in. How stupid. Thereafter, we left and and went to another Italian Rest. and have no plans to ever go back. We were long time customers and they lost us forever. One more thing, there was no signs saying that it was pasta night and that the only thing that you could order when dining in on Wednesday nights is pasta.

This mediocre restaurant would rather have $2 than satisfy a customer. The menu said $12.95 for eggplant parmesan but the check was for $14.95. When I spoke to the owner he said "Prices are subject to change without notice" It didn't matter that I felt I was being ripped off. I looked at the menu, thought I knew what I was getting and what it would cost - BUT NO! They think they can charge whatever they want because "Prices are subject to change without notice". The smirk on his face spoke volumes. What's un unhappy customer when you can get an extra $2. If you eat here you'd better get a written statement of price from the server, because the menu doesn't count. I'm sick of being ripped off. Aren't you? Find a more honest business to deal with, or one thast thinks making the customer happy might be worth more than 2 extra bucks.
