We had prime rib this past Friday. The prime and baked potatoe were very good the presentation was messy however with corn water over everything and juice from prime saturated the potatoe. Not very appealing. Please consider using the aluminum plates with wood holders for the meat only and a separate small plate for the potatoe, those heated would keep the meat warm throughout the meal. No need for a vegetable with a salad. We will be back, but just a thought on your presentation. Everyone was thoughtful and kind.
