I've been a customer at Grande's for multiple decades now, but apparently that means nothing to the owner of this establishment. When I placed my order I was assured multiple times that half would be charged to my card and I would pay the rest in cash when the food arrived. They then proceeded to charge my account the full amount AND take my cash. I then spoke to them again and was assured the mistake wasn't going to affect me because the charges weren't applied until the end of the night. When I woke up this morning my account was overdrawn. I then spoke to the owner who refused to take any responsibility for their mistake nor care that it happened. After speaking with the owner for a few minutes and getting nowhere I passed the phone to my spouse who expressed to the owner the legal responsibilities his business was obligated to follow which led to the owner threatening to come to my house and fight my husband....needless to say I would no longer recommend Grande's to anyone.

The food is good, but the prices are crazy high! The prices are equivalent to a fine dinning restaurant lout this is a pizza parlor with a nice eat in room. The people behind the counter can come across a course and unfriendly. A smile goes a long way and "how are you today". Best item are the Upside down pizza, chicken Reggie's, greens wrap.
