I called on Sept 4th 2023 around 715pm and asked if my food could be replaced and I was told I should've called yesterday.after I explained that I didn't have time until business hours were closed,that my food was requested to be saucy and chicken wings were not saucy and were also very dry.i took a bite out of a wing and was too rubbery to eat.the pizza I ordered was very sloppy where the cheese melted past the crust,pepperoni not on all slices and was terrible as well.when I asked if they could help resolve,I was given the manager or owner and the lady kept saying I should've called yesterday after I tried explaining that phone was ringing earlier today when I tried to call and they offered me 5 dollar refund and I was upset because my order was over 30 dollars.and when I raised my voice,they hung up on me.i raised my voice because the manager or owner kept telling me i shouldve called yesterday.so she wasnt even listening to me as i explained the entirety of situation.i was upset because I wanted them to remake the food.i didn't want a refund.especially 5 dollars when I paid over 30.ive had issues in past that I didn't report because I felt it wasn't a big deal.but I wanted pepperoni added on pizza another time and I called a minute after placing order online.they said I would have to order a 2nd pizza as it was already in oven.even tho it told me a half hour online before it would be ready.at first they told me i would have to pay and i told them thats fine even though it was free with the special.but I checked it off as my mistake as I didn't ask for pepperoni online.but to be offered a 5 dollar refund after I spent over 30 there is just Plain ridiculous and then on top of it,hang up on me because I'm insulted that I was offered 5 dollars back.i saved the food and was ready to exchange it.apparently the business felt it would hurt business or whatever.

Save your money as food wasn't prepared right and chicken wings were rubber and dry.pizza was sloppy.rude people work there too

Terrible. Simple order 3 ham subs extra toasted rolls 2 orders of fries. I got 3 subs not toasted at all 2 orders of fries that were cold probably sitting around from previous orders all for thirty dollars ridiculous.

Ordered a home delivery 5/23/11, when after an hour and a half it didn't arrive, I phoned them, they said it left the building some time ago, after another 30 clicks I phoned them again and was treated rudely, then a manager was put on the phone, equally rude, they had a good laugh on me when we hung up, they must be friends or it wasn't even a manager I was transferred to. The order finally arrives, not what we ordered, the pizza was to have double pep and cheese with onions. We had to peer down into the pizza to find a couple strands of onions and it didn't appear to be double cheese either! Not the first time this has happened at Grasso's but I assure you this, it will be the last!!!! Zach in Depew,
