We had been customers for about 5 years, with the food being of "average" quality but offset with a speedy delivery time. Then recently we had a bad experience with a new delivery person. The total given at the time my wife placed the order was 3 dollars less than the delivery guy demanded I pay upon delivery. Unfortunately my wife told me this after she got out of the shower and I'd already given the crook the money. When my wife and I looked in the bag there was no receipt so we knew we had been scammed and by the oldest technique in the book. I called the place immediately and gave the order person the situation and he said he'd take care of it and was very apologetic. We even received a phone call from the owner the next day saying they "took care" of the problem. My response was that the individual should be fired for one and two that if I ever saw that thief on my property again there would be trouble, but he assured me that would not happen.

So fast forward one week later when I place another order and again warned the order-taker not to send the same delivery guy to my house. "Yeah, yeah, no problem" was the response I received. Then 20 minutes later the door bell rang and who was standing there but the same SOB who tried to scam me the week before, this time attempting to disguise himself with a hoodie and shades!!

So to sum up: Great Wall, you think you're so smart, well think again. Nice try at sending back a dishonest employee of yours to my home when you were warned twice not to. You clearly don't care that you're employing a thief so I would never trust an order from your establishment again you thieving LIARS!

If anyone reading this likes Great Wall's food then good for you, but watch the delivery people. However, as a fresh alternative we recently tried Xin Xing on Nassau Blvd and feel the food is better for anyone that may want to try something of better quality.
