What a culinary adventure I had tonight! The chicken katsu appetizer was hot and crispy, and I couldn't get enough of the delicious katsu sauce. The fresh sushi, especially the broiled eel and yuzu sorbet, had me swooning-so much so that I made a second trip just for that sorbet!
