The memories of my favorite dosa haunt me, especially as I remember the cozy ambiance of the old Amagansett location. Each bite of the flaky, flavorful goodness paired with the cilantro chutney and cardamom iced coffee sends me on a culinary journey that I would gladly undertake every day, even if it means a long drive.
