Last evening was the last time of several chances. I believe if you are charging customers for crab legs then you should have crab leg available - more than every 20 minutes. Each of the two times crab legs were brought out 2 or less customers took all of the crab legs. When inquiring we are told "they are in kitchen - be out soon". NOT! 15 minutes later a few more are brought out, but not nearly enough for the customers waiting. Food from the first serving area was cold. A pork roast sat, and sat and sat. There wasn't enough meat left on the bone for a mouse. Yet it was not replaced. The cheese sticks were hard as rocks! Not again!!!!!! The only the thing the waitress was worried about was if she was going to receive a tip!!!!
