Happy Star in Ticonderoga offers a solid Chinese dining experience with friendly service and tasty dishes. The menu may not be extensive, but the quality of the food surpasses expectations. The cozy atmosphere and attentive owner make it a worthwhile stop for a satisfying meal.

Food is good. The only reason I gave four stars is because I feel the prices are more expensive than other places that I have been to, the cash only option is kind of a bummer, and I wish they delivered.
Other than that, my experiences have been extremely great. Not too busy, food comes out in a timely manner. Owner is super friendly and good natured.
As far as flavor, it's only natural that every restaurant will get their ingredients from different suppliers so the flavors will be slightly different, so do not be disappointed if the food does not taste exactly like what you are used to at another restaurant. The food is still good and I highly recommend.
