Happy Valley is a cozy local establishment with a warm, inviting atmosphere and delicious dishes. The regulars at the bar create a friendly, community feel that adds to the charm of this hidden find. The garlic butter wings and pretzels are standout menu items that always hit the spot. Chris and Randy, the owners, make everyone feel welcome and ensure a great time at Happy Valley.
