Have been a customer over 25 years when Hinode was previously located at Food World. The sushi is as good as anywhere I"ve dined, if not better! The owner/chef and his family are as inviting as the cuisine, always adding a special surprise on the house with every order.

Establishing itself decades ago at Food World in Tappan, Hinode moved to its current location on RT 9W about 20 years ago and has been a hit ever since! Unwavering, consistent service and quality. Every time you go its like coming home. Simple and comfortable room, attentive service, fair prices and the sushi is top quality. Family operated. Restaurants come and go. Long live Hinode!
