The Chinese food at Ho Ming Kitchen is worth trying, especially the shrimp and lobster sauce which was truly amazing. I also enjoyed the shrimp fried rice, which had a generous amount of shrimp in it. While the eggplant and garlic sauce with chicken was a bit disappointing due to a bland sauce and overcooked eggplant, I am willing to give them another chance in the future.
