The bakery I visited last winter had incredibly fresh and high-quality ingredients in their buns. St Germain Bakery is part of a chain of Asian bakeries, and the one at the corner of Pharmacy and McNiccol is a convenient location. The Black Sesame Cake I tried had a unique design and just the right consistency, with a hint of black sesame in the cream adding moisture.
