Why is this ruled an accident, because the family said she suffered from seizures? Has this been confirmed through her medical records with the pediatrician? I find it appalling the amount of bathtub deaths that are prematurely ruled an accident by arriving law enforcement who are given reasons why the person in the tub is dead by the person who found them, ie a boyfriend, husband, mother, babysitter, etc. How many bathtub drownings are ruled accidental but are truly homicides?
