After finally dining at Hunan, I was impressed by the kindness and attentiveness of the staff who guided us through the menu, and the flavors of the spare ribs and beef with scallions truly stood out to me. Having experienced Chinese cuisine around the world for decades, I can say this is the best I've come across, and I'm already looking forward to trying more dishes on my next visit.
