When looking for a budget-friendly and quick Chinese food option in Spanish Harlem, consider trying Hung Chow. Despite its unassuming storefront and location, the generous portions and tasty dishes make it a worthwhile choice. I've been impressed with their lunch deals, especially the mix-and-match options, and the Crab Rangoons are a personal favorite.
