i never received my food. sat out on the front porch waiting for it because tracking stated "out for delivery." after 1 1/2hrs, i contacted wingstop,asked for mgr, a dude named jonathan came on the phone. i explained to him that my food never came.he only says sorry, told me that i can order online & come pick it up.no,i can"t(no car) or i would hv! told him i was contacting the gm cuz his answers are unexceptable, phone goes dead. after trying to call 3 more times, i got jonathan back on phone, says he spoke to his gm, valerie, she states i'm to call doordash. such liars, he had already told me delivery drivers are random & they hv no idea whose delivering, so outright lie. now you're brushing me off to doordash. outrageous,ridiculous,& ignorant! they both need to be FIRED!!! i demand my money back!
