A while back, I visited a Uyghur restaurant in DC, where the lamb dishes were quite flavorful and noodle-heavy, though not exactly budget-friendly. Fast forward to today, here in Brooklyn's Brighton Beach, a melting pot of cultures and cuisines. This small joint near the station serves up delicious noodle dishes, particularly the Lagman soup, perfect for a chilly day.
