I used to be skeptical about Thai food, but a friend convinced me to try Khaophum's in Dover. Surprisingly, the dumplings were my favorite, while the spring rolls didn't impress me much. The atmosphere was quiet, and the food was good overall, but I wouldn't rush back unless someone asked me to.

Best Thai in the state. Bold statement but true. Unlike any other I have had. Such spectacular flavors.
