Recently visited Jim's downtown location and was warmly welcomed by the owner who surprised me by making my sandwich himself. Gave very specific instructions on how I like it, and he nailed it! The steak sandwich was absolutely delicious, and I'll definitely be going back for more. Staff were fantastic, especially the girl with the orange hair, keeping things fun and lively. Can't wait to try more items on the menu, a must-visit for late-night food cravings in Buffalo!
