It hurts me to write bad reviews. But since this is the 4th time I have consecutively had my order wrong, I am given no choice.

Two prior occasions, I ordered onion rings. The order came without them. Thankfully, I checked the order at the car and was able to go back and notify them.

Last time, a side salad was ordered. It was embarrassing what passed for a salad.

Today, I actually spoke up and me ruined my previous orders were wrong. The gentleman checked double checked it for me before I left. I was not privy to see the order, although I tried. He, Sandro, assured me it was correct.

Half and hour later, I returned home. Instead of tater tots, fries were given. Looking at the order, it clearly says tater tots.

I called and spoke with Sandro, he said too much time had passed to do anything. I had literally JUST gotten home and everyone checked their order.

Over $51.00 was spent for 3 burgers and an extra side, and only a $5.00 credit was offered.

Additionally, all burgers were ordered medium. The goat cheese burger is raw-rare.

Totally unacceptable.

Even though I have enjoyed Porterhouse, I will not be quick to patronize them again.

You expect wrong orders from fast burger joints-certainly not a place like Porterhouse.
