Food is good

The food here has been great. The wait staff has always been top of things and take great care of their customers. Because of this, I was visiting this establishment 2-3 times a week. I noticed that they offered a cash discount of 10% to be put on a gift card. I figured since I was eating there so often, I would start paying cash. The first time I paid cash, I was given a look because I asked for the card. Then I went back this past Sunday March 5, 2023. I gave my card to have the next 10% added to it. Instead they used the balance I had and did not give me credit for my cash payment.
When a restaurant offers a discount, they should honor it. I should not have to constantly remind them to honor their program. It is dishonest to take advantage of a loyal customer this way. Because of this I will no longer be dining at this restaurant.
