CUSTOMERS BEWARE! DO NOT ORDER LESS THAN 3 DRINKS IF YOU WANT YOUR DRINKS DELIVERED WITHOUT SPILLING!
I am a Door Dasher and have made several deliveries for this coffee shop. They refuse to provide travel disposable cup holders when requested! I picked up qty 2, 32 oz drinks for delivery and one was a strawberry milkshake and a sweet fruity drink. Manager advised they required a minimum purchase of 3 drinks to qualify for a cup holder! I advised that I do not have 2 cupholders of that size in my car and please consider my request. They advised me it was a Corporate ruling!!
Unfortunately for me and the customer that the strawberry milkshake spilled all over my back seat!. I got a quote for a backseat cleaning of $94 and submitted an email to their Corp office. No response and when I returned a few days later for another delivery, I had the same response about NO cup holders for less a 3 drinks order!
There are so many other similar business choices for customers and all of their competitors provide free cup holders upon request! On Amazon, this item cost less an $0.64 for a 4 cup holder!!!!!!

I've given this place 3 tries. Both coffees were extremely bitter to the point I couldn't even finish them. Then on Sunday I was exhausted after work and decided to stop for an energy drink and was met with some of the worst customer service I've experienced from a barista. Started by asking if they had SF Red Bull, which one girl replied "Yup", and the other called her out for lying, to which girl #1 says "I'm not lying we have SF energy drink it's just not Red Bull." To which I asked, "So what is it then?" She says it's their own drink. She had the WORST attitude about it all like I was a serious inconvenience and stupid for asking such a question. I'd say it's pretty important you don't lie to people about products they're consuming. The whole interaction was so awkward. I understand off days 100%, but to make your customer straight up uncomfortable because of your awful tone and attitude is honestly embarrassing. There are WAY better coffee stands all over Olympia with nicer baristas and better coffee, save your time and money.
