New owner jacked up the prices, it's now over 7$ for a turkey egg and cheese.. that only has 1 slice of turkey and 1 egg. Eggs r always dry too.

This place has got to be the worst I'm surprised they are still in business there prices for food are through the roof for stale bread customer service is horrible my dog has better respect they ask if you want your bread toasted so u don't know it's beyond stale this place is a joke I will never be back in there 12$for two sausage egg and cheese a small coffee and a orange juice I could've had 5 sandwiches with fresh bread a gallon of orange juice and a pot of coffee for what this dump charges can't but customer service though if you don't want to work leave employees look like something out of a circus anyway

In ability to time manage their customer allowed me to wait 30+ minutes to get my order in. Two employees spent the entire time on one customer while other customers walked in and out before being assisted.
And I use to love this deli when I went to Marist. I won't go back!

Terrible customer service. I ordered a sandwich that was delivered to my office and the roll was stale. I phoned to get a credit and was told I had to bring the sandwich back for credit! Will never order from K&D again.
