My first visit yielded a loaf of Birdman bread fresh from the oven, which had an irresistible aroma and a homemade taste unlike mass-produced bread. Along with the bread, I enjoyed various pastries such as the vanilla cupcake, pecan bars, and chocolate chip challah, all of which were flavorful and fresh. The staff was friendly and efficient, and I appreciated the option to order ahead since many popular items tend to sell out quickly.
