In the heart of New Rochelle, I discovered a fantastic Mexican restaurant after a few misadventures with other dining options. I kept my meal simple with two chicken tacos, and they were bursting with flavor, complemented by some of the best spicy salsa I've ever had; everyone at the table enjoyed their dishes, and the service was friendly and attentive.
