I wanted to try this place since it was a new resturant that opened at the mall, but the lady that takes orders has no customer service manners at all no greetings no smiling just straight attitude!!! She gave an attitude when I was asking about a burger I wanted to save time by asking her and I expected like any nice customer service person will explain to me what were the ingredients but she kept telling me read, read, and on the menu that is on the screen doesn't show the full description so I told her it doesn't show she again tells me to read!!? Then she clicks on the picture and again she tells me read that probably wasted 10 minutes instead of just being nice and tell me to save my time and other people in-line ..then I ordered and on the screen it showed my total and I was going to use my card so I wanted to insert she tells me no you chose cash when I didn't chose either then she say 30 dollars so I questioned it then she was like oh that was the person before you in a rude way again when she said cash I reached to pull cash out and she yells no! you chose card at this point I told her I don't want it anymore and I walked away they will lose customers if they keep this rude attitude.
