The best jerk chicken, curry goat, oxtail that I have had in a long time. Quality, quantity, service price were excellent. I Will be back!

Having Jamaican friends we are always on the lookout for great Jamaican food. This place was recommended by a friend of a friend. Since we were coming from Gatineau we decided to call the restaurant to see what they had available. When we asked for Curried Chicken the lady Maxine was gracious enough to say that she did not have any made, but if we gave her 40 minutes she would be able to get it to us. We were not in a hurry and when we showed up she had our order ready for us within 15 minutes. That order,along with some curried goat, fresh made Festival along with fried Red Snapper was made with love. The restaurant is in a converted home with limited amount of seating, 3 tables, but we decided to dine in and the food was hot, fresh, made to order and very tasty. Not as sallty as some of the places we have tried. They do a lot of take out and she cooks in small batches to keep everything fresh, so patience is recommended. When you phone in Maxine will give you an estimated time to pick up so the wait is not so long. It is a no frills type of experienc, the price is reasonable and the food was well worth it.
