Lock City Pizza in Lockport, New York, is a timeless favorite of mine. The crust is perfectly crunchy and brown, topped generously with savory cheese and pepperoni. The nostalgic atmosphere and old-school charm make every visit a trip down memory lane. Despite the cash-only policy and lack of online presence, the delicious pizza and friendly service keep me coming back time and time again.

My boyfriend (now husband) and I went on our first date to Pontillos back in May, 1974 when it was on Walnut Street. When it became Lock City Pizza and moved to Davison Road, we followed. Getting pizza continuously from one specific place for 48 years should tell you that the food is excellent. Sure, we've tried other places, but always go back to Lock City!

Lock City's pizza has been a family favorite ever since they were at the original location On Walnut St. The crust is perfect, they don't over do the sauce and the ingredients are just right!

Pizza came on time. The first bite tasted like oregano then every bit after. No taste of sauce burnt slices just awful pizza!

My family has enjoyed Lock City Pizza (formerly Pontillo's) for decades. The crust is like the best Italian bread. The sauce is not too sweet. It is consistent and the best pizza in Western NY. Not a fancy place but who cares when you can enjoy this wonderful treat! Highly recommend!
