The food here is undeniably exceptional, especially the specialty pizzas with unique combinations that keep me coming back for more. While the service can be hit or miss, particularly when the manager isn't around, I find the delicious offerings worth a return visit.

Food was made wrong and tasted horrible. Girl at the counter was not wearing a face mask or gloves. When we tried to call to get our food fixed nobody would answer the phone even tho they were open for another hour. Don't waste your money on this place.

Girl at the counter told me someone would be there in a second. After watching her fold boxes for almost 5 minutes, someone yelled at her from the back asking if she was going to take care of the counter. She then stopped folding and gave me my order. My wings were badly burned and tasted of long overdue uncleaned fryer oil. There are a million delicious pizza joints in Buffalo with excellent customer service, do not spend your hard earned money here. Two stars, bc they technically got the order correct.
