I had lunch at Polpo inside the Eau Beach Resort and enjoyed a variety of Italian dishes, including a grilled chicken panini, a colossal shrimp cocktail, and a house salad with added grilled shrimp, all accompanied by excellent service and a beautiful view of the pool and ocean from the covered terrace. The staff was attentive and welcoming, with the manager personally assisting us with the wine selection, making the overall dining experience very pleasant and memorable.
